This part is for all A0 / 36” / E Size plotters listed below.
There is a relatively common fault associated with this range of DesignJet plotters. The printer will go through the motions of printing, but after a few passes, no ink is being put down on the paper. This fault is caused by the white-ish ribbon cable that connects the carriage assembly to the electronics module.
We have genuine Hewlett Packard and compatible trailing cables in stock. The compatibles are made to the same high standard as the HP parts, and come with the same warranty you would get from HP.
