The part number is for the full formatter card including the hard drive. However, this is a difficult part to source from HP, and also very expensive.
However, at Beeline we have a much cheaper solution. When the formatter card fails, it is just the drive that requires replacement in the majority of occasions. As such, we can provide you with a fully tested working hard disk drive that fits on to your existing formatter board. This comes with the same warranty of 3 months that Hewlett Packard give all their parts.
